RICHARD BARNES
I have lived in Felton, with my wife, since 1987. We have two young
children, one currently attends the village school as will the younger one
in due course.
My main interests are local environmental issues, the maintenance of a
strong village community and adequate provision that allows the children
and teenagers to make a positive contribution to the village life.
